Since Bianca is someone that can be married to a man higher than her father’s rank (count), it was understandable that she would live lavishly (her father is a close subordinate of the emperor and his first son) BUT, she was married to a newly established county (which cannot provide her lavishness). A father wont usually marry his daughter for a ‘lesser’ man. since she did not give up the luxurious life despite being married to a poor county, she was hated by the ppl. You can see that after the dowry was sent, Zachary was searching for a mercenary job to earn a lot of money.
