I think for the father you have to understand how he’s feeling. There’s clues that he didn’t want to send her, but for the betterment of the empire and for all that he HAD to. He didn’t want to neglect her, but that was what he thought was the only choice. I’m not saying his actions were good, but he definitely had a hard time trying to come to terms with his decision. It’d be hard for any parent and I think she knows that. I don’t think she is forgiving him this easily, more like saying she understands, he was backed up into a position that forced his hand. It’ll take some time to heal, but its a running theme in this manga. Neglect. I mean, her husband neglected her for all those years, and now he’s trying to make up for it. I’m sure it’ll be the same for her father.

I’m happy that things are getting better for her. She is now receiving the love of her husband, working on resolving her issues with her family and finding a way to live a better life. So proud that she takes courage to speak her feelings rather than keeping it and letting this just pass by.
