Honestly, considering each time they get close Leonie’s life is at risk, Libe kind of has a reason too do so.
Still think that Libe is the OG FL, that Leonie was a replacement thrown in for some reason, and that with The Duke now going after Libe as was originally planned, the universe is lashing out and getting rid of an Infection, aka Leonie… even though Leonie may not even deserve it.
Plus, you know, dying 19 times in a low and restarting from the beginning can wear a person down, especially when told that “If you don’t fix this, the world will end.”
Though… “The World” in this case, may just be the time loop Libe’s experiencing.

I really want to like the story, it’s an interesting take but I’m getting tired of her fighting the ML every millimeter of the way.
