Hmmm. I feel like the author wants to have it both ways with a long-lasting stable and established relationship while also have them super awkward and hesitant around each other. Not throwing any shade just observing.
Did anyone else forget that her sister was, like, a super powerful wizard (who couldn’t feel emotions because of her magic power?) Seems like she’s only brought in when it’d be convenient to progress the plot. Seems more like a resource than a character.
