correct me if im wrong, but is this some kind of misunderstanding against water? i mean what if there was a plague in history that the main cause was an infection spreaded using water? if so, the order not to bathe is maybe a preliminary actions to do…. and because of high deaths, it creates stigma to people and thus the fear of bathing was made….
i had recently watched a documentary about olden times in european monarchies where hygiene was a topic like, i suddenly remebered this manhwa 😂
