It’s a horrible misunderstanding and I don’t like it tbh… sigh make one the bad guy and release the plot bam later.. don’t give both side of the stories…
it seems like the author just wants to shove in misunderstandings for the sake of the plot and sometimes that’s okay as long as its written good, yet this story just lacks the ability to make any of it make sense. Misunderstandings can make or break your story, and in this case, it doesn’t sound like a lot of people are liking this right now :/

I dont understand this at all? Why why why cant she just tell him the truth about what happened to her and what the assassin said its so stupidity overseas im mean she is going to have her kid taken away because he wants to be with her and that moment i would of told him the truth about his miss deeds .

I mean seriously did she ever stop to think that maybe someone else sent the assassins that night? You know like maybe a certain monarch. I’m just saying the queen’ s been looking pretty unstable mentally so I wouldn’t be surprised if she did orchestrate this whole mess. Just talk to the duke about it and clear the air

I read from a spoiler that the queen sent the assassins. I guess the fl just doesn’t have a lot of trust to the ml for her to believe what the assassins said so easily. She wasn’t even thinking/trying to open up the issue ://
