For me this ending doesn’t satisfy me her reason for going back to her own world doesn’t really have a happy ending.
Its better if she had stayed there with Anakin and all those mls would have died and Helena would have lived.
This ending is not the happy ending but bittersweet ending with sacrifice of some innocent people.
I love this story I reread it like twice one detail that bothers me, though is the fact that they made her parents bad parents because it made her wanting to return to her world so kinda irritating (?). It be different if she had a loving family who she would feel like with miss her, but she only went to go back to her world because she missed them idk that detail always irked me
I saw this on insta and only read for the ending. But this book was really worth it! Why am i tearing up? They finally got to kiss without anyone pointing out the difference in title. They’re finally free. I wanna see more of them in the outside world
