And also this is my opinion but if he does decide to even want to be with the lake queen that would be nasty because he literally told our female lead that they would have to sleep with the woman and the woman would have to get pregnant and become the queen so doesn’t that mean that his brother had to sleep with her in order for her to become the queen. That’s kind of nasty to me in a way but that’s just me

@vitrianna, the ml is missing the child he met and was curious if she grew well. Lucina is currently 20 years old. Ofc she never held a man before and she probably didn’t had bridal lessons so everytime they try to engage, she is flustered. But that doesn’t mean she is being coerced or assaulted. She even said it herself that ‘it is okay to sleep with that man’ during her stay in the forest. The ML even stop whenever he see Lucina restless. Even the kiss was asked by him.

honestly… seeing lucina so innocent and the ml kissing her…. it made me uncomfortable… man… he looks like a criminal, a predator who preys for innocent children! is this because of how they first met? how old is lucina right now?
BRUH, im getting real tired of male leads that don’t take palace politics seriously and can’t pick up on certain nuances of their female leads; like where she begs to not be hit or when she was scarfing down the sandwich. Clear signs of abuse. Lucina isn’t dumb, she’s SURVIVING. I wish she didnt lie to him about her family but, it’s completely reasonable why she does. She’s a illegitimate child and she doesnt know Tarayn(?) culture or whether or not ML will react violently; tbf she legit witness him killing people so, it’s not unreasonable she’s reacting the way she is. I hope once ML’s man comes back with the background info on FL it’ll motivate him to repair her self-esteem.
I think the king needs to empower her more… like seriously you brought a lady from a different country/tribe/territory, you should know people’s reaction and be ready to protect her at any cost and you probably know leaving her on your wedding night will create negative impact 😑

I am really getting annoyed with how many people straight up look down on victims of the several difficult forms of abuse. What might seem “dumb” has reasoning behind it. Generations refer to it “a method to the madness”. Why is she behaving like a scared, timid, and shy person? Could it be that she… now hear me out… was severely abused, locked up, and had little to no positive social interactions? Every time she spoke to ANYONE, she hit, kicked, and yelled at. Look, if you don’t like the story fine. That’s fine. But when a character is clearly suffering from a form of PTSD, stop calling them stupid, weak, pathetic, etc. I hope readers are kinder to people in the real world. (Though I guess that could be said. It’s fiction so it’s not like they are hurting the characters except as a victim of abuse and suffers from weird timidness from the abuse sporadically I get sick of seeing comments like that)
