Ugh, i know Rian’s character was supposed to be funny but i just cant bring my self to laugh— why is he so insensitive? He’s just a shameless prick. Your ex whom you abandoned is trying to fix ylur relationship with your wofe- can you stfu and stay still??? Rian being there ruins the entire chapter. I wish there was a more serious novel of them where Elena and Hugh get married while Astell leaves to starts a happy family with someone else and Rian ends up alone and miserable unable to have any heirs, is that too harsh 😂
