Well she did think that the shop lady was trustworthy and that the family had no clue she was sending letters this way :/ So for me it’s somehow understandable that she is disappointed in Ed. Still if I was her, I would talk to him directly and ask him why he stopped writing and try to resolve this, even if it would be just to move on should he really be such a jerk as she thinks right now.

She must be a bit dumb because she did not even give him the benefit of the doubt that perhaps that rotten household has been hiding her letters
