Okay so that’s what it is. Seojung and his real illegitimate daughter (I forgot her name, but the girl who is always jealous of Seojung, wanting to swap places) were swapped as babies at the Angel Orphanage. That’s why they have the same birthday because they needed a substitute that was exactly the same age. Seojung’s mom probably hates the dad so much to the extent she was willing to have him raise a stranger as his daughter… That doesn’t explain why she’s always so hard on Seojung though and why she gets mad at her… Therefore, I don’t think the mother knew, I think the son did it on his own because he hates his father for what he put his mother through. We’ll see.
