Protein and dietary fiber (veggies) are very important for weight management and everything you eat eventually breaks down into glucose but complex carbohydrates are just as important for brain health so eat a balanced diet and splurge on the things you love at least once a week to keep you going. I love pizza and hard cider night!

honestly, i understand her mindset; she wants to lose weight due to the health complications she suffer from because of her obesity. now, i would like to see larger female leads but i respect her decision regarding her health. all that matters is that she gets healthier and extends her lifespan, which may be indirectly affect by her obesity.

Only s few kind of people will call that kind of game “balanced” and 23 ending is actually good lol

Why do the Mangas and manhuas always display the worst ways to try and lose weight. Cutting out sugar is fine but you can’t suddenly cut your caloric intake, that will make it harder to lose weight, you have to reduce it slowly. Also, meat is the best food for losing weight, because while it is more caloricaly dense than vegetables, it fills you up quicker, meaning you eat less over all and the important part is that it keeps you feeling full for much longer so you arent snacking. Furthermore, you need protein to build muscle, and more muscle means a higher metabolism, which means more passive weight loss.

I KINDA UNDERSTAND WHY SEEMINGLY ALOT OF DETAILS ARE MISSING FROM THE NOVEL BUT-
WHY DOES THIS SCENE CUT SHORT TOO
IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, HE WAS DESCRIBED TO HAVE A COLD AND INDIFFERENT AURA AROUND HIM WITH A CUTE FACE 😭😭😭😭
Also, I still have hope that they still have the training arc, I pray 🙏

These should come with a fat-phobia tag.
I would also like a chubby heroine who thrives with her weight.

Not far shaming 😒 again

Not daddy’s POV seeing his obese daughter as malnourished 💀

Is just me who will be happy with a cute chubby FML MC ? Or are other people of Culture out there ?

“another weight loss story” bleh look her character literally dies from choking to death from sleep apnea, how is avoiding that fate different then what other leads do?

Lol 😆 they remind me of my mother , never sees wen there kids are fat 🤣

Her parents don’t even see her as fat they see her as underweight for some reason and it makes sense, being fat is a sign of wealth and that you can afford food. Also just losing weight won’t get rid of those diseases if she already has them but if she has to diet because they appear in the future it makes sense to make weight loss her main priority. Personally I think the villainess was cute with chubby cheeks but we see she ends up slender and still accused of being fat so maybe there is a realistic weight loss journey that took a really long time otherwise why would someone you’ve never met gossip about you being a chubby mean kid when you’re a fit teen right in front of them, as if what you looked like at 5 matters?

not a weight loss story again…

Tbh I think her parents are quite bad….. I mean shouldn’t u atleast be happy/supportive that ur child is trying to make a positive change in their live and yet encouraging them not to and even suggesting that they should try and gain more weight…
If i were them i would let them known i would love them regardless of their weight but losing some could be healthy or smth like that lol

idk if i’ll keep reading ;; tbh having her lose weight so she doesnt die of obesity related illnesses really isnt the most fatphobic plotline ive read in these comics but i think im just so tired of that element :/
if you’re going to give me a chubby villainess, let her keep her chub! she’s plenty cute ;; sighh. i know that i shouldnt be looking for unproblematic story elements from these stories, most of them are very popcorn-media, and i do enjoy these popcorn stories but idk. two things im really getting sick of reading
1. she needs to lose weight! heaven forbid she has any chub on her at all!! she’s an ugly pig, if she just lost weight she’d have value and people would love her but since she’s fat she’s disgusting (tho to be fair to this story, it does seem like her parents love her plenty just the way she is which is a nice change of pace but im still just so sick of this plot element being utilized into an oversimplification of a weight loss journey)
2. maids as villains :/ (its not it this series as far as i can tell but im really sick of the working class individuals being given the villain treatment while their rich “masters” beat, fire, or insult them into submission :/ i understand these stories take place in a “different time” but when you have a modern day woman who is super willing to abuse a working class servant into submission and the narrative treats her like she did a good thing… ugh… not great imo)
Unknown_View12
I find her cute already but yea it’s good to lose weight for health reasons
