Yeah! Everyone I do agree. The author needs to widen his or her imagination cause this a poor character build up. The plot also needs to be a lot more interesting but I’m staying cause I want to see the princess be happy.
I cant believe its taking taking this long for them to realize that she’s the empress daughter. Like there is no way that she is the red haired concubine daughter. Also another reason that if the red concubine stole the empress daughter and faked the death of the empress baby that no one has talked about is that the red concubine just wants to hurt the empress and gain her power. Like it looks like she hates the empress to the point of using so many tricks.
I remember someone saying in one of the previous chapter that it makes no sense if the red head kidnapped her, but actually it does, see if her son was just a concubines child with no actual connections to the royal family, and there was a princess daughter if the empress around the same age as him it would take the spotlight away from him and put it on her, I don’t know if I’m explaining it correctly, but another way to put it is since she kills her off when she turns 18 taht only leaves one royal to the throne, so then if she either finds a way to kill the Prince off that would leave only her son as the most suitable heir, and if you wonder why she went through all the trouble to kidnap her and all that, well wouldn’t you find it weird if two royals suddenly died? She waited until she was if age first then killed her, that or she’s trying to convince the king to make her son a fit heir. Again I am terrible with explaining things so if this doesn’t make sense my apologies this is just how my brains explains things in a different way from what it’s thinking
i kinda want her to be the concubines daughter :/ idk, i like the idea of them treasuring her without needing a blood connection cuz otherwise it just feels very forced to me
also am i the only one who just feels bad for selena? she’s just a kid who misspoke and they really overreacted. she was probably just repeating bullshit the countess told her ugh
