I feel sorry for her sister. I think that if I wasn’t loved by my father and he still cheated on my mother and brought his daughter into the house and always “rubs it in my face” that he loves her more AND she still got the powers that should only be mine… I would be pretty mean too.

It’s not right, but like literally the only reason women were discouraged from having another man when they were young were way more about the fact they could give birth to another man’s child. While it was still looked down on when a woman got to old to have kids she was basically free to sleep around with willing pretty men just as much as the man of the house was.
