Man, that psycho elf chick is freaky as all hell. I look forward to seeing her interact with Mr. Lin. I wonder how he’s going to “Gypsy Vague Speak” his way into getting another customer. Seriously, everyone thinks he’s some all-powerful being of benevolence, but the dude is eternally clueless and happy to just sit in his store and read a book. Does he actually realize he’s not allowed to leave the store? If he was, Inky wouldn’t have insisted on going outside to fix the breaker for his neighbor. The guy has been there two years, happily doesn’t leave his store, reads his innocent books and lends/sells them thinking they’re ordinary stories when he’s spreading Eldritch knowledge. This story is honestly hilarious but also kind of epic in a strange way.
