Wow this chapter had so much in it. First of all I love how she’s finally realizing that people care about her and love her for who she is. I’m a little worried for the author to be able to write so well from a traumatized child’s perspective, but it does make for a great story. I have childhood trauma/cPTSD and there are little details the author included that are hard to imagine if you’ve never experienced it. Also it looks like Theon just might be male lead and I really hope the “childhood friend” actually gets the girl this time!
