3) it actually makes sense that they’re both oblivious of their feelings cus as it’s already been established, Jun isn’t exactly on the same ‘level’ with Meyer, so to avoid trouble and cus she still thinks that after the defeat the demon lord, she might get to leave and she doesn’t think he’d actually like her and just thinks he’s being nice to her because of her talent, she’d subconsciously try to not have feelings for him cus she is a stubbornly rational person. And Mayer doesn’t have a clue what love is cus of his background plus Noone is actively trying to get him to see his growing feelings for her because most of them aren’t even sure yet. Remember that even those in the Corp aren’t exactly in a romantic relationship

She does have a point tho, about starting a dating rumor and have it backfire once he becomes emperor and gets a new empress, that would be 100% legit if they really were just friends. Buuuuuuuut, author wants to make them date right? Then why are they still with this convos on chp 70??? How many chapters will this have? 300? You think people are gonna stick that long?
