Is the ML the typical emotionally constipated tsundere that would be a red flag IRL? Also Yes.
Is this fun? Yes, if you can turn off your brain.
This story isn’t remarkable, and it feels like your average fantasy romance 2010s anime, but if that brings you nostalgia and you’re into kemonomimis, this might scratch that itch.

Nope nope nope. This could have been good and cute, specially with the cute doggos, but ML is a creep and FL is a crying blushing girl that we’re supposed to believe that she’s an adult and not a teenager. FL is very annoying, and not on the cute funny side.

Author tried too hard to make most dialogues funny and quirky, but it’s the kind of humor that I find cringe instead of funny.
Maybe I’m being too harsh and others will find this appealing, but for me it’s a big no no.
