this story went from interesting to boring to fun and exciting to …whatever this is lol. like the other comments said, the plot with the duke is ridiculous and makes no sense if you try to think about it clearly. seems like the author just can’t make a cohesive story. i’m ready for this arc to be over with.

What’s really weird is the man that cared so much about relationships and love is trying to break up a couple for his own benefit. What a hypocrite, I wouldn’t want to be his business partner honestly. Seems like he only has a problem with Jellard since at the party in the OG story he called him out for fake dating but this time Nellan and Etelina or whatever her name is show up together, not following the dress code, and he doesn’t say anything.

You really cannot read into this too much.. trying to think into this too much can cause a headache lol..so many stupid things happening.. like, why are they testing people like this to be a business partner?
