Nellan is not a rich man back then…. Etelina must have loved him truly despite him being just a baker? (Some sort of fruit vendor, can’t remember) Nellan being submissive to Jellard all the time realized he can dominate Etelina. With her around he can be the powerful figure in their relationship… He has the control on the matters. Etekina veing naive and just wants to enjoy her life she fall for him, plus Etelina cried and felt sad when her sister died… Because now she’ll have to shoulder all the burden alone, all his father’s wrath and her mother’s expectations. I really hope Nellan just move on with his life and take Etelina with him. I know Jellard was an obsessive psycho back then but this Jellard is different now, he’s not the Jellard who hurted him. It’s unfair to rake revenge on him especially with his not going to do the same thing to him anymore since he already has Vyllein.
They both deserve each other now….they are both equally dark characters but Etelina is immature and far behind him now so I’m not quite sure on what’ I’m saying.
Wow if he’s in love with the step sister I hope they get together and he looses all the wealth he’s accumulated. Then he’ll really see her true personality
also, i am STILL wondering how the hell nellan even grew feelings for etelina in the first place? like was it just bc she was beautiful and jellard took him away before he ever saw her true colors? how did etelina even act around nellan i wonder… she really tricked him LOL
INTERESTING. so he really did love her in the previous timeline and it seems he still has feelings for her even now! now i wonder how he will change once (if?) he realizes that etelina is actually immature, spoiled, and abusive towards veillyn. but now im wondering why exactly he keeps trying to target veillyn when she was dead in the previous timeline??? like is it simply bc he’s trying to ruin jellard and he’s going to use her to get back at him?? :// i’m really curious
