   The only thing BAD about this series is the ML. He is the Emperor and nothing but total Narcissistic trash. In the original, he married OGFL to strengthen his crown-prince possibility, but he never pays attention to her, lets her do all imperial works (while his mistress does nothing) throws away the OGFL which leads OGFL to her death to extreme sadness.
   The FL (the only reason that keeps me in the series), the only different thing she does is file for divorce. After that divorce request, he then starts to pay attention and dote on her. I happen to be majoring in psychology, but I don’t even need that to see he is a red flag. What a typical narcissist who won’t let anyone “win” over them. He has to be the one that does the “throw”!
   FL demands ML to share some imperial works with his concubine, he sees another FL’s plusses after he sees that his concubine can’t do it…. that’s another proof of what a moronic emperor he is.
   Thank God the FL is a gem. She doesn’t make it easy for him. I love her so much and she is the only reason for me to consider that this manhwa is worth my time.
   If only the emperor is not the ML, this is a perfect series.

   Oh and I realized I read this before. I turned off my brain to read it. It wasn’t bad just cliche. I agree with the comments criticizing the story though. But if you turn off your brain it’s ok. It’s not groundbreaking, it’s not terrible. It’s average and plain. This is my opinion on it

   I’m sorry I know this doesn’t concern me but it’s infuriating watching someone act like they support and care for the author, that’s not the problem, but saying that this will be dropped bc of their comments? No. No it won’t. It’s really ironic they said this while reading on a nonlegitimate site.

Plus, if you’re so worried, support them on legitimate site. But It doesn’t matter here. It won’t affect the writer. The author won’t know about an illegal site, and they would know even less of the comments on that site. Lemme repeat that. IF YOU ARE SO WORRIED, GO PAY SOME DAMN MONEY TO THEM BY SUPPORTING THEM ON A LEGITIMATE SITE. That’s ought to get them to keep writing, as you wished

    for those looking to read this, i’d recommend skipping chapters or avoiding this altogether because it’s mostly nonsense. the fl and ml are literally insufferable and the villainess is intolerable. nothing’s satisfying because we all know how toxic their relationship is and that the fl and ml end up together in the end despite the fl demanding a divorce.

I’m still reading to see if it improves, and if it doesn’t…then I’ll drop it.

    I am an avid manhwa reader. I read all kinds of manhwas/mangas, mostly historical romance ones, and I am perfectly fine with a generic or stereotypical plot. As long as the characters are interesting and loveable.
    Now, I am still deciding whether or not I like this manhwa.
    I don’t like the ML, he’s not the worst but I feel like his past actions are overlooked just because the MC was reincarnated.
    While Robelia was still Robelia, the emperor cheated with Aisha, his bitchy two-faced concubine. After Robelia stopped being Robelia, it was like his actions just magically vanished.
    The plot is your basic “I need to avoid the emperor to live, but now he’s in love with me because I changed?!” so don’t expect much from this story.
    And Aisha isn’t even compelling herself, she’s boring as hell and stupid at that. The only reason she was able to trick the nobles is because they’re stupid. But the ML knows that she’s two-faced, yet he lets her stay???
    The MC is your generic female lead who says she’s not going to fall in love with the trash male lead, but does anyway. She’s confident and has her badass moments, yet that’s her only redeemable quality.
    The ML touches her once and she’s already blushing, like what?? has she never been touched by a man before??
    And here’s my problem with her plan of being a villainess; she doesn’t even do it successfully. If she really wanted to be known as an unfit empress, she should’ve just started acting like a straight up bitch who ruthlessly exerts her power and authority. But the author probably feared that route, thinking that the readers would hate her for being rude.
    Nonetheless, whatever she’s doing now is clearly not helping her in getting a divorce. It’s only bringing him closer. She would have been better off being a plain, unnoticed dust in the corner than this so-called “villainess” act.
    Currently, the story is pretty slow-paced and a bit boring. Not much really happens. But I’ll still read because I’m bored and harimanga is being slow as shit with the updates of my favorite manhwas. Sorry for the long comment, I could have shortened it but I didn’t want to :p
