@sir cat idk if youre being funny or not but thats legit how american mega capitalism is.. if you arent noticing, even in foreign countries, for example, the hospitality business ie hilton marriot etc etc have been buying loosing or lost businesses and simply redecorating the interior and hiring new people. even where i am currently used to be a small tow turkey farm, but now has been taken over by big corp (food company that rhymes woth chormel) its easier for both sides since the buying company doesnt need any new infrastructure orhas a starting canvas vs a balnk slate and the losing company doesnt get to fire people..
Step one: start your own brand.
Step 2: Make it a very good brand by increasing both quality and price.
Step III : advertising.
Step for: crash other businesses.
Step IIIII : Aquire those businesses.
Step: Stonks.
