Yeaaaahh…. ok these two in my opinion are just toxic to one another…..
Lucy is too overly emotional when it comes to being decisive in life and then there’s also her inferiority complex that she’s dealing with (i can’t blame her too much on this second flaw but this kind of trait ALWAYS makes her doubt every MINUTE detail in her life and so far it has caused many misunderstandings and complications). She called herself “brave” in this chapter but in my opinion, it was plain stupidity. How can you just give up everything like that?! I can understand giving up on your riches and family title but what about your education?!? THAT IS LITERALLY THE /ONE/ THING IN LIFE WHICH YOU SHOULD NOT /EVER/ GIVE UP ON!!! What qualifications do you have without an education??? GO BACK TO CLASS!!!!
Roman on the other hand is possessive and low-key manipulative. He gets angry at any and every male that approaches Lucy and does everything to keep her all to himself. He also tends to act rashly based on his emotions and the fact that he /immediately/ eloped with Lucy like that without thinking about the consequences just shows how naive both of them are.
