i’m so glad they made it so that serena’s mental health wasn’t solved as soon as she came to that new world. mental illness is so so hard just to get a break from, and her life being used for someone else only? that’s gotta break a person. it’s ridiculously hard to stop being suicidal and requires enormous effort and a reason to stop. i’m glad she finally got her reason.
