I really don’t understand why FL picked a super spicy dish. It was unnecessarily risky. For one humans don’t have a receptor for spicy taste. What we feel is the pain and the tolerance gradually built. So introducing a very heavily spicy version in a place where spicy food is nearly never used and that too at a competition is kinda ridiculous. I doubt there’ll ever be a panel of judges comprising only of closeted Ms… While it does have a bit of a wow factor in how she mixed the condiments, i feel using a fruit as faux meat for the first time should’ve been even more surprising. 🤔🤔 somehow it feels like FL survived this round on plot armour instead..
