I hate these people sooooooooo much! FL said from the start that she wanted to leave, princess said it’s fine, and now she’s angry that FL didn’t change her mind?? Fucking hate that princess and people like her. They say they’re OK with the way you are, meanwhile they keep trying to change you and then get angry if you don’t change.

At start I felt FL could be more considerate and try to help the espers, but now tbh I couldn’t care less about them. They’re so forcefull towards her. I get it that without her they’ll die, so sure, I’d be pretty desperate too to keep FL here. But people like the princess pretend to be all nice and considerate, only to stab her in the back.

You want her to stay – ok, understandable. Then:
(1) freaking write some sort of service contract with enough benefits and work conditions that enable that!
(2) be a friend to her and hope she stays for you. But then, dont go back on your words if she still doesn’t want to stay!

I skipped 20 or so chapters and story is still stuck on this stupid plot of FL wanting to leave (at this point, I’d for sure want to leave too) but they all just cling endlessly, and not in a cute clingy way.
