Honestly, I am always bothered by the disregard for psychological help in books, novels, manga and manhwa. We are either shown that it does not exist at all, or psychologists and psychotherapists are shown as not professionals who do not recommend, but directly advise us to do some crazy thing and this will supposedly help the cure. In most stories, trauma comes down to what you need to survive, endure, overcome.
