I started rereading from the beginning again 1-2 months ago and the scene you are talking about is in ch 118 when she was a lot younger (as Jo6834 said).
Because grandpa was out of commission due to the fall, Viesel temporarily took power over the Lombardi’s and her grandpa straight up stated he was not fit to be head/failed to realize his shortcomings (counterfeit money incident).
