I feel like the pattern doesn’t suit her. She’s so pale (skin, eyes, and hair) that the bright colours leave her looking washed out and the intricate design makes her features look dull.
I’d make the belt a plain black and widen it to cover more of her waist. maybe include an extension that creates a V at the front and connects behind her neck to replace those out-of-place feeling buttons. Also, for her complexion, I’d go with a baby or robin’s eggshell blue.
I also think her hair would be better done up in this ensemble.
