I’m gonna be honest. No one seems likeable. FL gets on your nerves quickly. There’s not a lot of things she’s good at. She solves everything with violence and can get very annoying fast. ML is bland. He’s barely got a personality. The grandfather is obviously scheming to do something horrible to the FL. The legitimate family are all horrible characters. FL’s aunt and the aunt’s son are awful people. Who can you even root for? The puppy? The art is nice but even the plot is weird. Why is she even there when her mom said not to take shit from anyone. She’s out here being treated like shit cause her mom married poor. She’s not even illegitimate. Why does the aunt hate her? Because she’s not even in the line of succession against the aunt’s son.

FL has flaws and that’s what makes her more interesting and mostly it’s used to progress the story. She could probably be better written but she’s but totally bad. Whenever girls are confident, they label it all these negative things like oh she’s spoiled and overconfident. Honestly, she’s like every protagonist that hasn’t found her footing yet, like Naruto when he was young and annoying. She’s fine. The author needs to write her characterization better but it’s not a terrible starting point. It’s cliche and sometimes she’s dumb and she runs her mouth but it looks like it’s for the plot/to move the story along.

Storyline ist quite constructed and the summary is a bit off. It was not her mother, who was “greedy”, but rather our FL) Also her view on her father… he died of uselessness, weak, only a pretty face, when we learn he was actually a gardener and talented cook.
I see that the FL is supposed to be a free spirit with a fiery temperament and not a pushover, yet I find her slightly annoying. She tends to jump to conclusions, feels constantly victimized and entiteled.
Maybe not quite for me, but I only read the first 10ish chapters.
