I think the panels were structured that way in order to feel the preasure and the reputation of the FL expanding while she watches her plans coming to fruition, but that sort of thing does not transmit well in a comic panel, at least it wasn’t achieved correctly, it just makes everything more confusing and the chapter shorter with unnecessary visuals…
