In the first few chapters, she shows how she yearns for that love and respect. But she can’t show it to the butler at first? Also, her bringing the male lead everywhere isn’t so bad because it’s her bodyguard but come on having someone that kind of likes you and is willing to threaten a lot of peeps with a sword for saying the wrong words (their opinion or view. not those obsess people tho) is a bit too much. she was more of a badass in the beginning when she was doing shit completely on her own. now I feel like reading this is pointless. Liena’s life is very similar to the FL from “Lady Baby”.
The story started off good but then forty chapters in and I realised that the plot was nothing but the entire empire doting on the FL for the smallest things. While I do believe in unconditional love, throwing logic out the window to care for someone is just stupid— and that’s what’s happening to all the people who claim to love Liena. Even with the “Lady Baby” FL, i remember reading where one character (a literal CHILD) said something that she disagreed with the FL’s decision and thus the FL completely embarrassed the poor girl to the point where she couldn’t make any friends afterwards.
I started to view almost all MCs like that as hidden villains after that. To me, they are people who intentionally manipulate the love others give them to bend rules for their own advantage 😤
I don’t know but it is too relatable….as my aunt gets too much attention in house compared to my mother all decisions and rights were reserved for her …and my mother lives like an invisible maid …and aunt’s child gets whatever he wants..it is so irritating to watch in real life…but thanks to manga I can see getting revenge on them 😭😭
