Well, I’m worried bc Rud’s father never cared about anyone except the Duchess. We don’t know about his grandfather but if this happens to everyone in the family then any children they have together, he won’t care about them, just her. And God forbid that she dies in childbirth, which happened a lot in that time period, bc he will not forgive that child or himself

even he said so, the way he hated his uncle considering he actually cared, sacrificed a lot and even his own life to protect him makes no sense. should he consider more about his uncle’s actions than his words, esp. those were spoken during the time of danger and his uncle wanted him to be strong and go on. he had the whole time of growth up, becoming adults before regressed and he still hold unreasonable hatred towards his uncle like that. I say I cannot relate to him
