She fainted once and takes some naps, but she looks fairly well for someone that will die in a couple of weeks from lung disease. I don’t mean she should be bedridden or anything too explicit and sad, but a least be short of breath sometimes and cough every now and then, you know, to show us, the readers, that she is terminally ill. It’s been 20 chapters and this is the first time (that I can recall) she has coughed and to me it looked like the author forgot to put these little details and remembered now. Like: Oh right, she is ill! She coughs cuz is dusty and she has… Mm… Bronchitis! Yes!
So it’s either: the author forgot, she isn’t terminally ill, or this manhwa is for a younger audience where they don’t want to show any of the struggles of a sick person.
