pretty much yea its not like he is inherint evil but kids like that would not be born at all normally stated it above why he just twisted and drunk on power he’s stealing….its not specific stated but its more like you gotta see it as their power are like a jar recover/fills over time while resting not using he basicly got a broken jar and dont recover so he gotta leech of others to use any power
I don’t understand. Why shouldn’t we blame him for his mother’s death when we were just told that it was because of him sucking the life out of his mother, that she died in the first place? Genuine question.
just some more info from the novel… His existence really did kill the mother…people with his power usually don’t even get born, but because he was a twin with Liarte, she literally was saving her mom and him in the womb the whole time… If I remember correctly the mom would have survived if Liarte was born second, but because she was born first, her twin’s power killed the mom when he was the only one left.
Meanwhile, the father and oldest brother especially, really loved the mom so now they know the one they blamed for her death had been keeping her alive throughout the whole pregnancy smh fooools. Anyways can’t wait to meet Michael’s dad 😍
I kind of don’t like how the baby Rina is being blamed for his mother’s death now. It was neither of their’s fault. The stealing of Riarte’s powers is a different matter though.
They are both twins and should have had a better relationship more symbiotic instead of parasitic. It makes you wonder what happen to their mother leading upto the twins birth.
