Wow such a greenest ml, I didn’t think that he would immediately take her to the sea. I thought he first go to own place and then he will make a trip for sea. But he is greener than expected.
This is kind of a rant but as a reader of the novel I wanted to put this out there.
ok so compared to the novel, this really condenses the story and left stuff out but it was honestly fine enough until this because …
DAMN they did not do this moment justice at all. She talks back a lot more and her twin brother can tell she’s trying to leave so he literally locks her in a cage during the party. I believe the party is outside and our ML and his people invade elheim and then he notices the carriage that is hiding Liarte in a CAGE for transport to lock her up somewhere in the meantime and thats how they reunite. ALL the guests there witness how the daughter of Elheim was literally caged like an animal.
AND her display of power is WAYYYYY more impressive when she leaves those trash behind. The ML doesnt have to save her from the cage she just busts out on her own and smiles at Michael saying she was waiting for him <33333 Several times everyone witnesses how her power completely dominates her twin who everyone in elheim idolizes. AAND FOR GOOD MEASURE she literally attacks with ICE at one point and FREEZES THE ENTIRE ELHEIM mansion and everyone is shocked because there has never been a water user advanced to use ice like that.
ALSOOOOO our ML, to avoid using his power in front of others and because it would just be way too easy if he did, showed up here with his gun and was not afraid to use it lmaooo like he gets so pissed at one point and shoot the oldest? (i believe) brother in the leg.
I really enjoy the art of this and am SOOOOO happy it got an adaptation but to everyoneeee who likes this story in the comments or those thinking its too cliche… GO READ THE NOVEL!!! its worth it… the characters and the events of her previous life are much more fleshed out making this moment wayy more satisfying in the novel!

as a response to a couple comments ive seen that this was another revenge story. its really not. At this point she just wants absolutely nothing to do with them, basically pretend they dont exist. Because they locked her up her whole life, she doesn't know what makes her happy or what she likes or even what basic foods are because they treated her worse than a servant. like even a servant in Elheim would know what a piece of cake or chocolate tastes like. She wants to live a life completely separate from Elheim. So a lot of the story going forward is Michael and his family trying to make her happy and try things and are just so kind. but dont worry if you are looking for justice or some kind of revenge, you still get it in a way because their downfall starts from her leaving. She doesnt even need or seek revenge, Elheim simply faces the consequences of all their actions against her up until now.
Dang I love this male lead so much!!! He’s a refreashing green flag in the sea of nasty toxic manhwa male leads.

Dude is respectful, keeps his promises, is kind, sly, sassy, and downright nasty to those pieces of trash (which we all love), and is willing to give the fl the world instead of keeping her in a cage.
I just hope the writers won’t ruin his character bc currently I’m loving this.
I don’t like the art at all the first chapter was thr best .And why they changed the hair colors ? They have back hair color not dark brown. Makes me mad .
