Bruh you already got 3 other kids so why are you so awkward holding a baby??? And don’t tell me you’re planning to let your sons to fight and kill eachother for the throne and not interfere? I don’t get it…idk what his generation was like but since he loves the empress so much shouldn’t he be prepared to protect their kids from the weeding out and external forces(whatever those are) and opt for a peaceful succession? He’s probably like that because he had to see his family as enemies and the empress was the only one who gave him true love, + to Fl, she’s destined to die early so he can’t even care for her without being heartbroken in the end
