If her getting the divorce was the point of the story, then they should make it actually interesting. So far, her becoming empress has had nothing at all to do with her own actions. Everything rides on her proving her cunning and ability to get this divorce… in only a month. In universe, she only has this much time, and it’s already half-way done for her with how the King and his lover / her family treat her.
If this is about getting a divorce, then that’s simply unsatisfying. We get to see these tools walk all over her for the next who-knows-how-many chapters and we’ve already seen the payoff! And that payoff was barely worth anything. We know she doesn’t have any big wins against them (doesn’t humiliate them to the same extent), because they still treat her like that when all this is over. There’s a reason why most of these stories focus on getting revenge.
@captioanima we’re not saying we want the end or the conclusion as you said,but “fun”? Read @Melbelwel and @Sicarius comments. We want to see how she handles her empire and how she humiliates those fucking assholes. And @ manhwawonderland if you only read the novel version of “The Remarried Empress” you’ll know it’s not boring,even after the divorce. Can we not copy that Remarried Empress plot? Like @Sicarius said,this is fucking cartoonish
