Lol place yourselves in his position – someone scammed you and stole your money and run away, you meet that person. Aren’t you gonna ask for the money back? Even if the person lost their memories, you can be a bit considerate but there’s a limit. He’s acting quite accordingly, can’t expect him to be a pushover and pardon the debt
So he is nothing more than a common thug, demanding someone who looks like wasn’t involved in the theft to pay up and even worse doing it while she has no memories. She better have done something truly horrible in the past because if this is just because she didn’t want to marry his brother then he is pure trash
