@valkqrie but then why is the author not helping them then? this chapter show us that the autor wanted to keep living as Rize after the story ends and was trying to find ways to make it happen, if passing this test would help that why not help then, that’s the only thing the shouldn’t have change from the novel, K in the original wanted to always live only in this part of the story and started bringing new souls to the story to keep it interesting, she had no remorse, this k looks like it went insane because of the loop
what I did like was that they made Cliff more insane XD because he had a very easy redemption I hope this time he gets what he deserves, and that Killian has never been really in love with her even in other lifes, also I have a question, how is the loop going to end this time? what is the difference that would stop the restart of this world??
They made some weird changes to how “K” ended in this world, in the novel it felt more like the author was traped in a kind of personal hell after the bad things she did before diying and she was kind of delutional that it was a reward because she was like a god in this world but after repeating the story a lot, she got bored and then that got out of control and ended with this Edith and her punishmet at the end wasn’t that satisfiying but made sense that the person who wanted to keep “playing” the young heroine forever got stuck on a real life were she had to get older and new thing had to happen, in this one “K” got sucked in this world becase she had an artblock, and then went crazy becasue she couldnt escape the loop of the story even when she did wanted to keep going in her new life, for me this makes her look more like a victim of this weird sistem that in the novel wasn’t even propertly explained, at this point it make sense that she went nuts after being traped in a loop and being unable to break out of it or change it, and don’t make sense that she didn’t ally with this new traped soul (or the ones before her) and tried to change the story or something to break the loop, I hope next chapter shows a good reason
You know, as an artist and a fellow “who makes stuff”. What she was experiencing was her brain “ran out of imagination” or “artblock” in my case. Take a rest, a few days if you are an artist, but for writers, maybe months cuz writing ain’t an easy job.

I was under the impression that Edith completing the third condition would break the time loop but I could be wrong
