Oh they changed how the duke reacted in this part, in the novel he didn’t trusted Edith, ignored her and didn’t wanted her on the family but said that the decision of divorcing her was Killian’s choice and that he wouldn’t force him to sacrifice his personal life again by marrying him of to another family, but he also didn’t trusted Killian completely because he knew he was in love with Edith, so maybe the decided to make that part bigger, it makes sence since the relationship between them has been shown more in the webtoon. I really want to see how this developes more.
Also I agree that I like that they show how in love Killian is with Edith and how he says it openly

I love Killian’s character development in the manhwa more in the novel.Ofc,he changed into a perfectly decent green lead as the story continues but here in the manhwa,we can see more of his attentive and caring side and his pov on Edith.The novel didn’t make it obvious.I’m glad the artist decided to do so.
