@D the only real bad thing about her is that she made a dumb choice instead of replying to that letter her father sent her she should have showed it to the duke and made it clear she wasnt on her fathers side the fact that she is keeping the fact she was abused heavily a secret and has no loyalty to her family is a huge dumb decision to the point that if she did tell them they honestly wouldnt be nasty towards her like maybe at first they would think she is lying but theres no way they cant just do an investigation and find out the truth and theres no way she doesnt have scars from them beating her etc
