i don’t like that cliff is in the present with that crazy girl calling him her boyfriend like wtf? she had to be alone, she’s the reason why he turned out like that it was not his fault, i feel like they should’ve gave him a chance to change his ways
He kinda isn’t? He’s trapped in a novel with her.
Also, he had the chance to change his ways; he was never controlled by her, he chose to help her freely, and fully intended to kill Edith knowing well how his brother felt. Exactly what would motivate him to “change his ways” if he is happy hurting his own family for her?
The point of this is to highlight how iredeemable they both are.

Main story was fine; nothing mindblowing. Solid 7/10 overall.
