I think the bracelet only works on those who have some form of interest in Tatiana. The count (blue-haired guy) and the wizard (pinky) were clearly unfaithful to Karina. Even Karina’s EX-FIANCE (the brown-haired guy) cheated on her!!🤬 The grand Duke however, seemed to have liked Karina but his greed for power was far greater. It was probably the reason why he also turned to Tatiana, likely because she promised him favourable connections so that he could plan a rebellion.
Thankfully, the emperor has ZERO interest whatsoever with Tatiana, so out of all the guys in the empire he’s the best!🌟🌟

It seems that the bracelet loses it effects if the target is indifferent or just flat out hate Tatiana. Is this connected to the bracelet Karin’s own? Like hers gain powers when Tatiana’s own loses it effects? Or maybe Tatiana’s bracelet loses power because of her over reliance on it?
