I think the bracelet only works on those who have some form of interest in Tatiana. The count (blue-haired guy) and the wizard (pinky) were clearly unfaithful to Karina. Even Karina’s EX-FIANCE (the brown-haired guy) cheated on her!!🤬 The grand Duke however, seemed to have liked Karina but his greed for power was far greater. It was probably the reason why he also turned to Tatiana, likely because she promised him favourable connections so that he could plan a rebellion.
Thankfully, the emperor has ZERO interest whatsoever with Tatiana, so out of all the guys in the empire he’s the best!🌟🌟

Side note though, I can’t help but laugh how the author FINALLY made the emperor’s artstyle fit more with everyone else after so many chapters 😂 His Ken-version stage if finally gone.
It seems that the bracelet loses it effects if the target is indifferent or just flat out hate Tatiana. Is this connected to the bracelet Karin’s own? Like hers gain powers when Tatiana’s own loses it effects? Or maybe Tatiana’s bracelet loses power because of her over reliance on it?
gross so that’s why her own husband jerked back when she touched him, she used her power on him before and he’s still afraid they might work again? Also who let her touch the emperor without permission, where are are his guards because she deserves and warning for that alone
