Okay so here’s a theory,
It’s said that the 2nd prince was basically closed off to the church per orders and ONLY came out during the Foundation Festival. The prophecy he says is “To return the necklace to it’s real owner”
Now here’s what’s interesting because I THINK the REAL OWNER is Essie Herself. It has been emphasized from the past chapters about a vision he has, about her walking on complete darkness, a black haired boy illuminating the light for her and it just all disappears.
What if that boy was the FIRST Elior Emperor? And to stand by that, What if she Reincarnated?
Because if you look at it, Only the ROYAL FAMILY has these blessings, Like to be able to hear God’s words, Healing, etc.
If you look at Essie’s Ability, doesn’t it also count as a blessing? I mean- it’s some sort of power that suddenly came one day.
Back on that previous assumption that The necklace belongs to Essie, Is because On the Foundation day, Pell Came to her and told her he was “Elior”. To which in turn she said: “how could you say you are Elior? —You killed Me”
(This maybe a translation error but I’m going to use that just in case bcs I’m enjoying this) Maybe that was the turning point for the 2nd prince to come out and give a prophecy, for the necklace to return to it’s OG owner because as you can see, whoever is on Essie’s body—is now aware that there is still an “Elior“ (surname) existing.
Essie may have some special connections as a”divine being” or whatever. Anyways 😂
