I know that people are weirded out since she looks like his sis, but even real twins have details that are different, people are not full clones after they grow up. As long as he sees them as two seperate people, like family/friends that know which twin is which, everything is fine. If he would start thinking of his sis, or trying to make Elly into his sis (what she likes, what she wears,etc), then it would become creepy.
