Completely agree, Sauyiro – someone trying to kill you is a threat to your life. In order to stop that person from killing you, the most expedient method is to kill them in self defense.
Them appearing in front of you armed is a perfect opportunity to do so. Legal niceties are good to use so but ultimately you’re endangering yourself further and the ones you love.
