I finally see what the one who occupies Peony’s body was like, and for an adult, she has handled herself extremely foolishly. Because of her childish actions and thoughts, I thought she was a teenager, but knowing that she was a full-fledged woman is devastating. It bothers me that Richt has been a puppet for the ruling couple. The ML is the key piece so that peace and tranquility have been established in the kingdom, but this couple continues to involve him for a “greater good” even if his life is destroyed along the way, once again.
Honestly peony and ritch are one of the worse couples I’ve ever seen. Her love is so forced onto him and it’s crazy she’d put herself at risk so much just to be with him. Especially when OG peony just wants her to live.
Also they were considering punishing Peony for coming back alive if the empress had died? This kingdom needs another coup, throw the entire place away. I’m still not over the emperor threatening to to kill Ritch if Hestia had died, when they wouldn’t send a single person for Peony
If OG Peony just wants to live, then she should go live. Does seeing someone live the life that was meant to be hers make her satisfied? Peony forcing her love onto Richt is pretty chill compared to what OG Peony did. If you think about, OG Peony putting another soul into her body and telling that soul to live a certain way is wrong. OG Peony is probably doing this to keep the people she loves the most from grieving her death. But that’s no different from deceiving them. Not only that, but she won’t even let the soul she put into her body live the way she wants. So OG Peony is deceiving her family and preventing this new soul from achieving happiness.
