I’ve seen many different types obstacles in the journey of romance, but the former soul of a body being one is certainly a first. I don’t understand why Peony’s soul has the power to replace souls and still has contact with her body, yet can’t control her own body. Like, she may as well take her body back and do what she wants to do with it. That’s the same as someone who gave you a house for free, yet still visits you whenever they want to tell you what’s the right way of living in that house.
