Seriously??! Did it ever crossed Louis’ mind about how his father was thinking of marrying another woman (for whatever the reasons) even though he knew/thought that Leah was alive??!! I mean, he wrote to Leah, asking how she was doing and hoping to protect her while having areangements of a contract marriage with another. How is this logical?? It doesnt make sense. He never once came to visit Leah, not for eight years, and also the 16 years of Louis’ past life, cause if he had, he would have found out Leah died and his brother kept Louis confined thinking of marrying her, HIS NIECE!!! All that while, when Louis was suffering and even jumped out of her balcony, her SO CALLED FATHER was married to another woman. Aaauuuhgggg ???
ngl im having trouble following the story atm
the father and uncle being nearly identical creates creepy and awkward looking situations when you have him looking sinister followed directly by the dad showing up in her room in only a robe
and the last few chapters have been either out of order page-wise or the translations have been a bit hard to follow (sometimes both) and im interested in this comic but i literally re-read the last few chapters 2-3 times and I’m still not sure I followed everything correctly and moreso than that, the charm of the events is significantly lessened cuz i had to look so critically at everything :/
still invested in the comic and im not mad at the translators (I know its easier said than done) but im just struggling to keep up rn
